My work lives at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern healing, weaving Ayurveda with hypnotherapy, and nervous system support to create transformation that goes all the way down to the root.

My path into healing began with yoga teacher training, which cracked something open in me. That led to energy healing, then life coaching, where I discovered NLP and hypnotherapy and the profound power of working with the mind. Then deeper still into the body through Shiatsu, learning to listen to what the body holds in silence. And then Ayurveda found me in 2015, and everything came together. Here was a complete system, one that honored the body, the mind, the rhythms of nature, and the intelligence woven through all of it. Looking back, every step was leading me toward the same thing ~ the root.

Digestion became my specialty, because I’ve seen again and again that when the gut heals, everything shifts, energy, clarity, mood, the stories we tell about ourselves. But healing the body is only part of the work. Alongside Ayurveda, I use hypnotherapy to help clients uncover and repattern the unconscious beliefs quietly shaping their relationship with food, their body, and themselves.

My own journey deepened after becoming a mother, it led me to my guru and a daily kriya yoga practice that anchored me into a more embodied, intentional way of living. That inner sanctuary changed everything. Now it’s what I’m most passionate about helping others build.

My belief is simple: healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Small shifts, done with intention and consistency, create profound change. I’m here to walk that path with you through body | mind and flowing into every area of your life.

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya (Inner Engineering)

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya is a yogic practice from the Isha tradition that combines meditation and specific breathing techniques. It’s taught through the Inner Engineering program and draws from the classical path of Raja Yoga.

This practice follows a precise sequence that helps calm the mind, balance the body, and turn your focus inward.

Bhuta Shuddhi means ā€œpurification of the elements.ā€ In yogic science, everything—including the human body—is made of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. This practice works to cleanse and balance those elements within you.

As Sadhguru explains: ā€œBhuta Shuddhi is about removing everything you have built up, so the Creator’s creation can rise and shine within you.ā€

Surya Kriya
